We provide performance disabled snowsports to serving and veteran military personnel

Story

Hi thank you for visiting. my page.

My name is Steve Hughes I am a disabled former soldier and now a para endurance athlete.

I am currently the record holder of the manual wheelchair push between Landsend to John O'groats and John O'groats to Landsend.

I have done over 600 marathons  ski marathons  a 100km sitski ultra challenge.

I was the record holder of most miles pushed in 24 hours of 121 until it was recently beaten by a chap from Odisha.

So I'm looking to regain it. His record is 132.52. Miles

I'm hoping to get as near to 150.

Any money raised will go to the Armed forces para snow sport team.

This charity is for Armed forces personnel and veterans to aid in recovery through sport. It is also a pathway to the winter Olympics.

We have quite a number of members who have represented GB in the winter games.

I have competed once myself in the paraski4europe competition held in Poland in 2020 winning a bronze in the 1km nordic sprint.

We as a team appreciate all contributions that help us on our individual journeys.

Thank you for reading

Best wishes Steve
