I have been a part of the Regiment Fitness family for 18 months, and have loved every minute. When they decided to organise Mission 24 I knew it was something I wanted to have a go at but was slightly worried that I was possibly taking on more than I was capable of but when I saw that they had partnered up with Dementia Uk it sealed the deal. My grandad has recently been diagnosed with the onset on Dementia so it has become suddenly real for our family.

Mission 24 is going to be a fitness challenge like I've never done before. I will be pushing my body to its limits by completing as many regiment fitness sessions and Tabs as I can in 24 hours.

At the moment as a family we are coping but in the future who knows what will happen. This is my chance to raise money for a charity that we may need in the future but if not help those that already do.
