After 15 years of crazy medications for Crohn's Disease, too many hospital visits to count & multiple surgeries, Steph managed to regain her health through natural means... Diet, exercise & lifestyle. Now she wants to show that you can achieve anything you set your mind to, whether you've got a chronic illness or not.

Millie, being the incredible person that she is, is putting herself through the same prep torture to support Steph & other friends she knows with Crohn's & Colitis.

Crohn's & Colitis UK are an amazing organisation who spearhead research into new treatments & wellbeing initatives for IBD sufferers.
