Being around horses enriches the lives of children with disabilities or learning difficulties. We offer free riding therapy that helps improve confidence, skills and self-esteem. Run entirely by volunteers we rely upon the generous donations received from our supporters to enable us to continue.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I'm raising money for the amazing Charlton Park Riding for the Disabled Association by doing the Walk for Tom. Will you sponsor me please?

The Walk For Tom was started in memory of Tom Warren, a 10 year old boy with cerebral palsy who loved riding at Charlton RDA and supporting Charlton FC.

Sadly Tom died in November 2008 but his family and friends keep his memory alive by raising money for this charity which was so close to his heart.

This year's Walk For Tom takes place at The Valley, Charlton FC's home ground, on Sunday 24th June, and is 20 lap walk around the pitch.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.

Thank you.
