“I lost my Grandad “Pops” in September.  He had Kidney cancer, he had lots of help from the Hospice & I want to raise money for them so that other families can be supported like we were.”

One of the most special things we had given the short time we had to say goodbye was time spent together making clay decorations at the Hospice that we can keep forever & remind us of a very special time with a special special person.
