On the 4th June 2019, I'll be going AWOL to help Belfast Activity Centre achieve its 30 Year Jubilee fundraising target. BAC is celebrating 30 years of Changing Lives and Building Futures through the outstanding provision of outdoor adventure learning. I'm going to be pushing myself to the extreme as I join in a morning full of Adventure With-out Limits at BAC, undertaking a series of gruelling, top secret challenges. The event will bring me together with young people who have already benefited from BAC's adventure learning programmes, giving me first-hand experience of how the outdoors can make dramatic changes in peoples lives and help them build brighter futures. An independent charity, BAC works with schools, youth and community groups, businesses and individuals. Since 1989, it's created hundreds of thousands of exciting, challenging and motivating experiences that have transformed the lives of people of all ages, backgrounds, and communities.
