I saw this challenge a few years ago and thought it would be 'good' one to try one day. Now is the time, having just turned 50 I am giving it a go and raising money for a very worthwhile local charity, whose work I have followed since they set up. Tribal Project are based in the heart of Preston and support people with drug, alcohol and mental health issues. They know and understand how to work with people with these issues, because of their own experience of them. 

They are not a big national charity with many resources but a local community charity that needs support.
