I've always enjoyed a drink, usually in social environments but increasingly regular drinking and larger amounts have lead me to consider how it may be affecting my health and whether I rely on it more than I am aware. 

A DRY January will not be easy for me so your support via sponsorship will help me though it. Hopefully by the end I will feel better and be able to continue with low level social drinking.
