On July 13th I am setting out from Luton, where dad used to live many moons ago, & cycling my way back to Weymouth arriving at the Royal Yacht Club on July 15th on what would have been his 74th Birthday - where we know he would have loved to have popped in for a "swift G&T" and a shot or several! Please donate & help me raise funds for the Dorset & Somerset Air Ambulance, dad's favourite charity and help me make him proud.

The operational costs of the helicopter are £1.5m a year, that’s approximately £4,000 per day. They receive no funding from the Government or the National Lottery and rely almost entirely on the generosity of the public to ensure they keep flying. Since their launch they have attended literally thousands of life saving missions and on average are deployed 3 – 4 times per day!
