Nix, Sam and I will embark on a 100km run/jog/walk from London to Brighton in May 2023 to raise awareness and donations to Crohn's & Colitis. Last year my godson, in his early teens, has been diagnosed with this and we're doing it to support his journey through life with it :) 

Crohn's & Colitis UK are the UK's leading charity for Crohn's and Colitis. Right now, over 500,000 people in the UK are living with a lifelong disease that many people have never heard of.
