The Veteran Recovery College offers non-judgmental and professional support to veterans and their families who are waiting for mental health services from the NHS. This project provides early intervention and long-term support.

Story

Every year British military sufferers of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder have died in suspected suicides. With your support, we can help prevent more. When we see photographs of veterans with missing limbs that have been involved in explosions in Afghanistan, Iraq or some other theatre of operation we are always there to support them and that is amazing and as a veteran I thank you. Please dont let us forget about the thousands of veterans that werent physically injured on the battlefield but still hold the scars that struggle daily with mental health, alcohol and other addiction issues. Veterans like me who are trying to cope and manage every day, but are crying out for support. With your help and support, we can bring them home. We can provide support for alcohol and addiction recovery and provide counselling and psychotherapy services to veterans and their families . Please help me bring them home.
