I’m running in memory of my friend Jo, who I wish was still here to share the fun of my journey with. She suffered with her mental health & her premature loss devastated all those who knew & loved her.

I started running by following the couch to 5k plan last year. The benefits have been many & varied. I’m healthier, fitter & stronger, I’ve lost 5 stone in weight & feel so much better both mentally & physically.
