Ukraine Crisis Appeal

Ukraine has faced almost eight years of conflict. With recent events, we want to be there for everyone who needs us

Story

Joseph is finding the Ukraine crisis and the Russian invasion very upsetting, with us all, children and adults having a sense of helplessness. Joseph wants to help the people and families of Ukraine by channelling his worry into something positive. Joseph and his brother Joshua have decided to raise money for The British Red Cross: Ukraine crisis appeal, by taking on their first Triathlons! This is a swim, cycle and bike ride. They are not going to do just one but try to do 3. The first being in June and the last being in September.

They would love for any of their friends if they fancy, to take on a challenge too and join them in their fundraising effort. This could be a triathlon but could be a swim, run or cycle or something else.

The recent invasion is hitting families daily on a personal, psychological and emotional level, bringing death, injury, separation from loved ones as well as the huge mental toll of ongoing violence and insecurity. By supporting The Red Cross Ukraine crisis appeal we are helping children and families affected get:

  • food
  • water
  • first aid
  • medicines
  • warm clothes
  • shelter

The boys thank you for any contribution you can give to make a difference. xxx
