As you may know Dylan, my fun-loving 7-year-old, suffers with Nephrotic Disease which affects his kidneys.

There is no cure at present, though it can sometimes be
managed, in certain cases it can lead to needing a transplant.

To help raise funds for Kidney Care UK I’m
running/shambling/crying myself around the London Landmarks Half marathon in order to raise a few pennies.

I know it’s been a tough year, but if you’re able to sponsor
me at all (no amount too small) it would really mean a lot.
