In December 2016, my lovely friend Georgina sadly lost her beautiful little boy Sebastian. Seb was only 6 years old when he passed away but during that short time he touched our lives and made us smile and will live in our hearts and memories forever.

Seb was born with a rare genetic disorder which impacted greatly on his daily life and the lives of his close family. Derian House were incredibly supportive by providing much needed respite care, fun activities especially in their swimming pool and amazing days out that put a fantastic smile on his handsome little face. In the days following Seb's death, Derian House played a vital role in supporting his family and allowing us to spend precious time with him to say goodbye.
