2022 (originally scheduled for 2020) will be my 8th year playing for the UK Charity All Stars and I will be representing my 7th charity. I have felt passionate about all of those fantastic charities but I feel particularly strongly about this one - Ty Hafan, Wales Children's Hospice.

Ty Hafan supports hundreds of life limited children and their families. Not only providing end of life care but they also offer respite and bereavement support to the families for years following the passing of their child.

I have had the privilege of working with many amazing children (and families) who have been supported by Ty Hafan. These children all hold places in my heart and on this occasion I would like to raise money in memory of two very special young ladies: Bobbi-Lou ❤ and Sophie ❤

I worked with 7 year old Sophie in 2019 and absolutely fell in love (as did all of my colleagues!). Sophie had a sparkling personality and an infectious smile - she was a character! As soon as you interacted with Sophie she would give you the biggest smiles. We were lucky enough to have Sophie in our lives for 8 months before she passed away and she had a huge impact on us all during that time.

Bobbi-Lou was the daughter of one of my best friends, Emma - an inspirational woman. Bobbi had a life limiting condition and Ty Hafan played a big part in her short but magical life. Bobbi loved being with her family, especially her twin sister Dani, and had an infectious smile. Although Bobbi passed away over 16 years ago, her family are still very much a part of the Ty Hafan family, attending all events and are supported by Ty Hafan nurses when their loss overwhelmes them.

Bobbi-Lou and Sophie had many similarities. They were both very special, bright, happy little girls who were very well loved and will be forever remembered in our hearts.

Their families are heroes. We raise money for Ty Hafan so that they can continue to support these children and families when they need it the most.
