Dear Ashtanga Community,

We, practitioners of Ukraine, are in desperate need of your help.

On the 24th of February 2022 Russian Federation not only brutally invaded our country. It started genocide of the whole Ukrainian nation.

Breaking all the laws of the civilised world and humanity, the Russian army bombards our hospitals, maternity units, schools, residential and historical buildings. One week of war has already taken <2000 lives of the peaceful population. Among them 16 children.

We are a small country in comparison with Russia. But we are brave and reckless when it comes to defending our values. We are the shield between Russian aggressor and the democratic world. And we will fight till the last drop of blood for freedom and universal peace. 

This is what our genes tell us to do. And this is what yoga is teaching us. 

Every word of support, every dollar/pound/euro helps us to stay strong.
