Fundraising for Cancer Research UK, Marie Curie & The Swimathon Foundation
Story
We're swimming 5k (100 lengths) in the 50 metre outdoor lido for the 2017 Swimathon challenge. And YES it is chilly!
To raise funds for the Swimathon, I'm teaching a yoga class at Fusion's Park Road leisure centre, Crouch End, London, N8 8JN, between at 4pm-5.30pm on Saturday April 8th. http://www.parkroadpoolsandfitness.com/

The class is for people of all levels of fitness and experience, and I promise it will be an enjoyable 1.5 hours of stretching, strengthening, laughter and some relaxation too. Absolute beginners and experienced yogis are welcome!
The lovely team at Fusion Park Road are providing the studio space and mats free - and you don't need to be a member to join the class. All you need to do is tell us you're coming (send us a message on this page or email us direct) - and make a small donation either on this page or on the day.
