The charity was formed in April 2018 to support colleagues and their families across the emergency and essential services.
The charity aims to help to enable a culture where colleagues feel comfortable talking about their mental health both at home and in the workplace. They aim to work alongside the services to:

•Run mental health awareness campaigns

•Help remove the stigma associated with mental health

•Provide training / awareness sessions
