31 Day Challenge · 15 September 2020

We’re the UK’s leading charity for Crohn’s and Colitis. Right now, over 500,000 people in the UK are living with a lifelong disease that many people have never heard of. We’re working to improve diagnosis and treatment; to fund research and to raise awareness.

Story

Jake & Andy started a podcast called Talking Crohn's & S**T at the start of lockdown. They wanted to talk about their experiences across a range of subjects, and how they've dealt with IBD. The ultimate goal was to help others, whether that be laugh, smile or just relate. But also help those understand what a family member or friend might be going through.

The support and feedback they have received across the 10 episodes has blown them away. Thank you messages, funny poo stories and listeners from all over the world.

In the final episode of season 1, Jake & Andy were lucky enough to welcome Crohn's & Colitis UK to the podcast. Sarah shared with the listeners her experience of working for the charity, how much they've grown over the year and the amazing work the supporters do to raise money. Jake & Andy wanted to get involved and do their bit, something that Sarah & the charity didn't forget.

So, starting on Friday 18th September, Jake & Andy will go head-to-head in a 31 Day Challenge. A new challenge each day with only 1 winner!
