Action Mental Heath is a local charity which works to enhance the quality of life and the employability of people with mental health needs in NI.  

1 in 5 adults in Northern Ireland will show signs of a mental illness. When this was matched to 17 other countries, NI has the 2nd highest rates of ill mental-health.

I am just asking for the smallest of donatations that will go such a long way.
