Story
There’s no dressing this up so we’ll get straight to the point, we're after a little bit of your money...for a very good reason!
In a crazy moment of madness about 6 months ago my wife and I, along with my business partner Paul, agreed to do the Great North Run to help raise money for the High Tide Foundation.
High Tide is a charity that provides young people on Teesside opportunities to take part in meaningful work experience and life changing industry led programmes which inspire them into work. As a trustee I'm incredibly proud of the young people we’ve helped since the charity was set up 5 years ago, all of which has been made possible by donations and fundraising. Both individually, and as a business, we’ve been committed to supporting the foundation and now it’s time for me to go the extra mile (or 13 miles to be precise) to help the fundraising effort.
This money will directly help continue the delivery of our ongoing programmes and allow us to continue our work inspiring young people across Teesside.
We all committed to a fundraising total of £500 so we're combining our fundraising efforts with an aim to raise a whopping £1,500 between us. Any support you can offer is very much appreciated, not just by myself and the other members of the team, but by the young people whose lives you’ll be directly helping to change.
