Story

Dear all

We lost an amazing person not so long ago to cancer. James was a dear friend, a very much liked colleague and the best brother anyone could hope for. We miss him very much and in memory of his life we have decided to participate in the 2012 Virgin Active Olympic distance Triathlon on Sunday 23rd September.

We would appreciate it if you would remember James with us and if at all possible support the cause that contributes towards Cancer treatments. Cancer Research have saved millions of lives by discovering new ways to prevent, diagnose and treat cancer. With James we believe their research into new treatments was able to slow down the spread of cancer allowing James to spend more valuable time with his loved ones. With your support they can continue to find new treatments for cancer. Any donations will be greatly appreciated.

If at all possible we would love to see you during our triathlon. Please come and support us on the day if you can. It would give us the extra support needed to complete the triathlon, which is a combination of 1500 meter Swim, 40 Kilometer Bike ride and 10 Kilometer Run. http://www.thelondontriathlon.co.uk/

Please note all money donated goes to charity. The event enrolment and any equipment required for the Triathlon has been fully funded by the team members themselves.

Thank you very much
Ben Buckle, Steve Lock, Brian Culver, Matt Coles, Peter Carey and Mo Jenab
