Story
Ok, I'm at it again. This may be the last time I'll be able to do something this demanding.
The dreaded MND is taking hold quicker than I was hoping :-(. So I've decided to take on Durrington Triathlon, having never tried anything like this before.
I will hopefully do the swim without to much challenge (it's only 16 lengths)!! The cycle of 11 miles will be carried out on a recumbent gym bike and the 'run' of 3 miles will be carried out on a treadmill.
Again raising awareness for MND is my priority. Thanks so much for visiting my page.
