To celebrate reaching the grand old age of 70 and it's 6 years since I was first diagnosed with prostate cancer I thought I would do something daft , so I am attempting and I stress attempting to do a 24 hour cycle non stop apart from comfort breaks ( and a wee coffee ) laps around the titanic quarter , it's about 10 miles a lap , if anyone fancies joining me for a few laps please do and help raise much needed funds for Friends of the cancer centre and Ten Foundations
