4 years ago Bob was diagnosed with advanced prostate cancer for which he continues to receive treatment. The charity has become a great support and involved us in some brilliant events.

In 2016 Beth and Rob ran the London Marathon and Beth managed to convince Bob to join the first Grand Depart Classic....... with no bullying he signed up again for 2017. 

Collectively we have raised over £15,000 for Cancer charities in recent years and really want to keep adding to this. 

Many discussions and we are on our bikes and ready to take on the 2018 event as Team Wilson Connelly!

On June 23rd Team Wilson Connelly will leave Noirmoutier and cycle the 189km first stage of the Tour De France to finish in Fontenay Le Comte.

Prostate Cancer affects one in eight men, research is needed to prevent further families hearing the dreaded news. All money raised will go directly towards finding early diagnosis and intervention and different treatments.
