We are supporting the Making Waves children's hospital charity to raise funds for a new play area, they have set a target of 100k to reach within 12 months. We will do all we can to support and raise awareness of this as we believe this to be an excellent cause. They plan to build and create a wonderful colourful playful area for the children and their families to enjoy and spend time during their child's stay in hospital.

Team Tesco Warrington are so very grateful of your support, we have two dare devils among us (Sarah and Abbi) who recently took part in a charity sky dive, but three of us although very excited and determined to succeed at this......are at the same time pretty nervous.

We are doing this because we care very much about our community and local charities. My role at the store is Community Champion, when I heard about this fundraiser I invited Helen (the co-ordinator) into our store to hold an awareness day to help spread the word to our customers and colleagues. The day proved a success and we were delighted to support our local children's hospital.
