Barry, sadly passed away just before Christmas after a prolonged illness. In the latter weeks of his life, he was cared for at the Diana Princess of Wales Hospital in Grimsby by a fantastic team of carers, nurses and doctors.In memory of our amazing father/father-in-law, Barry Cox, and as a huge thank you for the hospital staff, Iain and Martin are taking on 2 individual challenges:Iain; who is nearly 50 and hasn't owned a set of trainers for a while, will take on the couch to 5k, aiming to complete a 5k run on 13 March.Martin, who is 55 and does have a set of trainers but has not used them as frequently in the past few months will run the Bath Half Marathon on the same day (13 March), aiming for a sub-2 hour race time.Please help us raise some money!
