Barry, sadly passed away just before Christmas after a prolonged illness. In the latter weeks of his life, he was cared for at the Diana Princess of Wales Hospital in Grimsby by a fantastic team of carers, nurses and doctors.

In memory of our amazing father/father-in-law, Barry Cox, and as a huge thank you for the hospital staff, Iain and Martin are taking on 2 individual challenges:

Iain, who is nearly 50 and hasn't owned a set of trainers for a while, will take on the couch to 5k, aiming to complete a 5k run by end March 2022.

Martin, who is 55 and does have a set of trainers but has not used them very often in the past few months will run a Half Marathon on the same day, aiming for a sub-2 hour race time.
