I'm running The Big Half for Prostate Cancer UK in memory of my Grandad who sadly passed away in 2023 from prostate cancer. He was always a big supporter of his family, got pretty much all of us to become sport obsessed, and running obsessed, and importantly for me, helped me learn to become really really good at sudoku.

Prostate cancer affects 1 in 8 men in the UK. That's one dad, partner, brother, grandad, or mate. I'm raising money to help fund lifesaving research and support for men and their families affected by prostate cancer.
