I'm taking part in The Big Half on Sunday 7 September 2025, and will run 13.1 miles for Prostate Cancer UK. They’re a great charity that invest loads into lifesaving research and provides remarkable support to both men and their families as they navigate this disease.

Prostate cancer affects 1 in 8 men in the UK. That's thousands of dads, brothers, partners, and mates. But it doesn't have to be this way. The money you raise will help fund lifesaving research into better tests and treatments to help men live long and live well.
