As you may now know i have been awarded the Guinness book of records title of being the person with the slowest heart beat ever recorded in a healthy person in the world.  But despite this, fitness does not come easy to me. So.... i am asking you to sponsor me whatever you can for a 10 thousand meter run i will be taking part in on 14-Feb-2009 (Valentines Day) in aid of muscular Dystrophy. The run is in Battersea Park and i believe all can come and watch (you could even register if there are spaces left)

Muscular dystrophy is a cause very close to my heart, as the young son of a good friend of mine suffers with Duchenne, and these guys need all the help they can get.
