Roald Dahls Marvellous Childrens Charity provides specialist nurses and support for seriously ill children. There are currently over 100 Roald Dahl Nurses caring for over 32,000 seriously ill children across the UK.

Story

Roald Dahl's Marvellous Children's Charity is a small charity that provides specialist nurses who are a vital lifeline to these children. These amazing specialist nurses are now being asked to join the fight against Coronavirus whilst also continuing their care and support to these often-forgotten children and their families. The charity urgently needs your help to ensure these brave children get the support they need.

As a HR Department we will be completing a Virtual 680.4 mile BFG Trail from the highlands of Scotland, all the way to Buckingham Palace in London. Our trail will pass through 7 locations that inspired the original story or featured in the 2016 film of the BFG.

We will each be donating towards this fantastic cause and pledging a distance to complete over several weeks. As our first virtual fundraising event, we would love to raise as much money as possible to support the wonderful work of the Roald Dahl nurses during this global pandemic.

As always we appreciate the support and every contribution made by our HR colleagues - Thank You!
