Frankie and I became friends in junior high school. Growing up we both were very involved in sports as well as the social scene in school. We grew up faster than most other kids our age.  Frankie was one of my biggest supporters. He attended all of my events as I always attended his. Frankie aka "Cavo" aka "Frank the Tank" was the most loving caring people I have ever had the pleasure of knowing in this world. He was the kind of person everyones mother loved. He held me accountable, he told me to man up (a lot) but he always encouraged, motivated and cheered me on. Frankie holds a very special place in everybody he has ever mets heart. He had a pure gold personality, and an unforgettable laugh. Unfortunately Frank was taken from us sooner than we'd all could have ever wanted. Through the tough battle of addiction some of us do not make it out the other side. Although Frankie had the drive, ambition, and competitiveness like no other God had another plan for this young man. I am writing this because I have personally been affected by addiction in my life. I have lost some of my closest friends and family members to this disease. I cannot begin to stress enough how important it is for our youth to become educated on this disease. For our parents to become educated on this disease, and when were are afflicted by it, how to properly handle it. My goal here is to simply raise awareness. Bring light to the dark. Pay it forward because that's what we are supposed to do. So please join me and help me pay it forward. Lets fight the good fight. I don't want to keep losing my loved ones and i'm sure you don't either
