100km. Teams of 4. 30 Hours. 500 teams will trek across the South Downs Way in September 2019, raising money for Oxfam and The Gurkha Welfare Trust.

Story

Susie, Joe, Tom and I are taking part in Trailwalker 2019 to raise money for Oxfam and The Gurkha Welfare Trust.

Starting on 21st September our challenge is to walk 100km across the South Downs in 30 hours or under. We'll have 2 support crew members who will meet us at checkpoints along the way to help us reach the finish line.

We've never walked this far before and we're perfectly unprepared...

The Gurkha Welfare Trust provide financial, medical and development aid to Gurkha veterans, their families and communities in Nepal as well as welfare advice to the UK Gurkha Community.

Oxfam is a movement of millions of people, all working towards one goal - an end to poverty to everyone. In over 70 years they've become world leaders in emergency water and sanitation, and experts in providing shelter, food and protection.

The money that we raise will be split between these two worthy causes and anything that you can give will make a difference.

Thank you!
