Every year, one in four of us will experience a mental health problem. The charity Mind believe that no-one should have to face that challenge alone and we believe that too. That's why we used two of the best facets of good mental health, exercise and creativity, to cycle from John O'Groats to Land's End singing a concert every day and now we are carrying on to Oxford, Bath, Cardiff and Cambridge to make it to our target of £20,000.
