I will be traveling to a remote uninhabited island in Scotland to live off the land and hone my (non existent) survival skills. I will be with a small group of colleagues; all of us with very little experience but a huge amount of commitment! 

I am doing this for Peace Direct. Peace Direct is an amazing charity that helps people in conflict areas around the globe. Its pure focus is to stop wars occurring and create long term peace in those areas of conflict. 

Peace Direct achieve this through education, training, working with local communities, institutions and governments to tackle the route cause of conflict.
