Right, folks ! This is my first half marathon, as I recently did the Woodcote 10km race in 53 minutes. I am training vigorously with treadmill, cross-trainer etc, for this event on 17th March 2019, and am running 11kms mostly on my own.

Cancer-research is a wonderful charity, as I've lost family members to cancer, and family members have also overcome cancer, thank God. It is also the affiliated charity for Reading Half Marathon, so please give what you can to them, and, if you really want to, you can come and watch me run on 17th March 2019
