On 31 May 2019, Brooke, Chloe, Denis & Tyler will be undertaking the famous National Three Peaks Challenge; climbing the highest three peaks in England, Scotland and Wales.  Within 24 hours we will climb a
total ascent of 3,064 metres and will undertake a total walking distance of 23 miles. 

Our challenge will start in Scotland, climbing the ‘dizzy heights’ of Ben Nevis (1,345 metres), followed by Scafell Pike (978 metres), the highest mountain in England and finishing with Snowdon (1,085 metres), the highest peak in Wales, on 1 June.

We have chosen to support No Limits in the incredible work they do for children and young adults throughout the Southampton area.  Mental health is a subject that is very close to all of our hearts; we have each had our own struggles and we embark on this challenge in the hope of funding as many counselling sessions as possible for the young people, struggling with mental health issues, in our area.

A message from the charity:

“No Limits is a youth information; advice; counselling and support service for anyone under the age of 26 across Hampshire.  Last year we supported over 7,700 children and young people of which 2,876 were supported with their mental health.  One of the ways in which we  support young people’s mental health is through one-to-one counselling sessions.  Each session costs around £40 but these sessions can provide vital support to those young people who are struggling with depression, anxiety and sometimes suicidal thoughts.  We provide these confidential counselling sessions for FREE to young people, which is why your donation is so important to us.”
