This could be by having your own 'open garden' and invite your friends and family for a garden party; hold a cake sale or plant sale; ask for sponsorship (sponsorship forms can be provided) or even hold a coffee morning! The possibilities are endless. So put on your gardening gloves and be a Horticultural Hero! Cynthia Spencer Hospice provides Specialist Palliative Care and support for individuals and their families across Northamptonshire.
