On October 16th I will  be taking part in the Cardiff Half Marathon in aid of Sue Ryder,  in memory of my Mum,  who sadly passed away last year with cancer.  The Sue Ryder Hospice at Leckhampton Court gave her devoted care, dignity and compassion, during her last days.  They also helped and supported my family and I. through difficult times both before and after.
