I shall be running my first ever Half Marathon this May! I’ve chosen to raise money for CALM to help raise awareness of Men’s mental health. To start that conversation that might save a man’s life. 

My personal goal is to get people reaching out and to get people talking about Men’s emotions. Depression and anxiety do not have a face... they do not discriminate and can easily go un-noticed. The pressure on young boys and men to stay strong, to “man up” is becoming fairly toxic and as a result, we are seeing more and more men slip into a miserable way of life.
