As part of our ongoing support of Ashgate Hospice care, my next challenge will be to take part in a Charity Boxing match. For me, as a fight fan, this is an exciting and scary challenge, but one I am looking forward to more than any event I've ever done. 

This process will take me 11 weeks, training three times a week and ensuring my nutrition is on point to get me ready for this challenge, which will be the most physically, mentally and emotionally draining thing I've ever done.
