My goal is simple.  By the end of 2021, I aim to clock at least one million metres for South Kent Mind.  In the process, I hope to create some precious momentum and welcome distraction for myself and those around me.  

Getting fit walking my canine pal, being in control, and raising awareness and funds for South Kent Mind sounds like a winning combination.
