The Professional Services Team at Folkestone College have set up this page to help raise awareness for South Kent Mind so nobody in South Kent faces mental health problems alone.

South Kent Mind are here to make a difference to the lives of almost a quarter of a million people living in the Folkestone/Hythe and Dover districts; an area spanning the coastline from Dungeness to Deal and covering over 250 square miles.

We at Folkestone College promote the wellbeing of staff and students and would like to encourage you all to dig out the trainers or walking shoes and join us on our journey. Maybe taking the dog for a walk or simply enjoying the spring time weather. After the year we have all endured getting some fresh sea air to help clear the mind whilst contributing to the Clocking a Million Challenge.
