You may or may not know that I suffer from Crohn's Disease and in 2016 had to have surgery to help manage the daily pain and fatigue. Crohn's is a lifelong disease with no known cause and no cure. It is a condition where parts of the digestive system become inflamed and can affect people in different ways. 

Crohn's and Colitis UK are the leading charity that provide amazing information and support to over 300,000 people in the UK that suffer from the disease.
