Stupidly a few of us from British Gas have decided to take part in Tough Mudder this september. Just in case you don't know what this is its a 12 mile obstacle course designed by the British Special Forces. As if 12 miles wasn't hard enough on its own it consists of obstacles such as "electroshock therapy, cliff hanger, mud mile and fire walker", all pretty self explanatory.

To get an idea of what we've lfor ourselves in for check out the YouTube video below, no doubt we are going to need some serious training.

Anyways we haven't just done this for fun our objective it to raise at least £1000 for Great Ormund Street who do fantastic work for children who need it the most, so please dig deep and donate as much or as little as you can,
