The current socio-economic climate means that we are seeing an unfortunate rise in Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking. The ongoing impacts of the pandemic, war in Ukraine, and earthquakes in Turkey and Syria have created displacement and caused vulnerabilities that could lead to a further rise in cases. 

I am therefore launching an 18-month fundraising campaign to support the work of Hope for Justice – who operate globally to prevent trafficking, rescue victims of modern slavery, and restore upended lives.

The campaign will encompass a range of events, culminating in October 2024 with a 6 day trek through the Drakensburg Mountains in South Africa.

For just £4 a month - the cost of your morning coffee - you could help me smash my £5,000 target! Every penny raised will go toward supporting victims of Human Trafficking and Modern-Day Slavery. 

But finding those scraps of loose change in the bottom of our pockets is getting harder, so with that considered there are two other steps you can take to directly support H4J:
