WHAT'S HAPPENING?
On the 7th May the four of us will be taking part in the Tonbridge triathlon, consisting of an 800m swim, a 50km cycle and a 10km run. For all of us this will be our first triathlon, but we're doing it for a great cause...

WHAT CAUSE?
We'd love to raise money for local Tower Hamlets charity GrowTH, which is an emergency night shelter that provides both immediate shelter for homeless men and women and also assistance in securing more permanent longer-term accommodation. Many of us help volunteer with GrowTH and have seen first hand the impact they have made and the lives they have helped which has been astonishing. 

As GrowTH are a small charity they need funds to ensure they can continue to run every night during the 7 coldest months of the year. Anything you can spare will make a huge difference by providing safe shelter, a comfortable bed and a warm meal to those without a home, plus helping those effected get back on their feet for the long-term.

Let's do out bit to end homelessness.
