Story
OK I am at it again after a 6 year break. Long story short- I hurt myself and it took 4 years to get back running. Punctuated with Sprint Triathlon and a lots of walking with great people.
2022 is looking like this:
April 3rd Omagh half marathon. It's the home town one after all and cheaper to enter than some of these yuppie ones!
Halstead Marathon 8th May
Mammoth Marathon in Norfolk 15th May
Hopefully the Stockholm Marathon 4th June.
More to be added.
I am doing this for the MCF which is the United Grand Lodge of England Grand Charity. Through local efforts, national efforts and international efforts they have collected small donations of a few £ and distributed it to many needy causes throughout the pandemic and before. Please visit the website. If you know a small charity or even a bigger one, please let them know they are welcome to apply for support.

The MCF charity work is not only for Freemasons. Please see here for the wider causes supported.

The MCF is the Masonic Grand Charity they donate to other charities and raised funds for such causes as the second London air ambulance, the high reach turntable ladders for the London Fire Brigade post Grenfell, plus many more smaller and local charitable causes here in the UK and internationally for when disaster strikes. Charity is the distinguishing characteristic of a masons heart, long may we practice it. It knows no creed, colour, or race, it only knows relief.
In advance, thank you for whatever you give in the cause of charity.
